Availability


All purchases are subject to current availability and authorisation of payment. In the event that an artwork has been sold in our Gallery prior to completion of an online purchase, the customer will be informed and no payment processed, or a prompt refund will be issued.

 

 

Delivery Policy


Postage costs are calculated for each piece relative to the size and weight of the artwork and the delivery destination. In the event of any change in delivery cost, we will contact you before processing payment.

 

Goods ordered from the Gallery for delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser, as the Gallery has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

 


Returns/Refund Policy


All orders are carefully checked by the Gallery prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, subject to proof of loss or damage, we shall refund the cost of the item. Notification of faulty goods should be made immediately by email, as the Gallery will not be held liable for defects identified more than three days after receipt of the goods.

 

Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton and promptly contact the Gallery, who will contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can return the artwork for a full refund. Returns must be informed by email within 7 days of receipt and the cost of return carriage must be borne by the purchaser. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please ensure goods are insured and tracked, as the Gallery cannot offer a refund or replacement for any goods which are damaged during return transit.

However, to use the e-commerce facilities within this site, customers will be required to submit essential information.
